I think it is a poem by Vincent Starrett which refers
to Holmes and Watson as "two men who never
lived and so can never die." The volume of fiction
about Holmes by authors other than Conan Doyle
is astonishing. Obviously something about him
appeals greatly to a lot of people.

Sherlock Holmes studied Bartistsu. I'd like to think he'd best Lee pretty easily. Though it was misquoted by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle as Baritsu.

If people knew much about Bartitsu or Holmes they know why I picked Him.

Bartitsu, back then, was the MMA of today, and then some. It incorporated grappling against resisting opponents (they tapped wrestlers) and featured striking from boxing. It also threw in fencing and how to improvise such weapons as the "umbrella" for self defense situations.

Plus IMO Lee was good...he was not great

P.S. they're called nunchaku. Some people on here really do not like the term nunchucks, and I can understand why.

Edit: He'd probably study under Dan Inosanto because what is taught there is rahter Identical to Bartitsu

Nah, He would be bored and wouldn't last on the job even if he is doing a great Job. I would Hire his Brother Mycroft Holmes (Not a Joke, read the Greek interpreter), He Worked for the British Secret service and is basically a human computer and has even more amazing powers of observation and deduction than his brother. Mycroft would do a better Job than Sherlock.
